Join us as a Russian speaking customer specialist!
You will be providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails)
- you will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team
- you will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
- you will communicate in Russian every day
- you will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team
- work in our office in the beautiful city of Porto
Job requirements
What are we looking for?
- advanced spoken and written Russian skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
- intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
- ability to generate empathy in written form
- good communication skills
- customer orientation and troubleshooting
- good computer user skills (Mandatory)
- ability to manage time and meet goals
- availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays
- availability to work 8 hours per day from rotating fortnightly schedules;
